LiveSoko Partners — programme terms
Version 2026-10. By joining you agree to these terms and to LiveSoko's general terms of use.
1. Who can join
- You are 18 or over, live in Kenya and have an M-Pesa line in your own name.
- One partner account per person. LiveSoko staff can join, but do not earn on their own work for LiveSoko.
2. Who counts as yours
- A shopper is yours when they join LiveSoko within 30 days of tapping your link, open your link in the LiveSoko app, download the app through your app link, or type your code within 7 days of joining and before their first order.
- A shop is yours when its owner applies to sell through your seller link or gives your code, and the shop is approved.
- Only people and shops new to LiveSoko count. Each counts for the first partner who brought them, for good.
3. What you earn
- Shoppers: 3% of what they pay for goods (after discounts, not delivery) on orders paid in their first 90 days — 4% on orders placed in the LiveSoko app. Never more than 50% of LiveSoko's own commission on that order.
- Shops: 10% of LiveSoko's commission on the shop's sales paid in its first 365 days after approval, and KSh 300 once, when its first order is completed.
- Earnings count only on orders that are delivered and kept. They are ready to withdraw 7 days after the order is completed. An order cancelled or refunded before then earns nothing; one refunded later is taken off your next withdrawal.
- LiveSoko may change these rates. A change applies to orders paid after it is announced here, never to what you have already earned.
4. Getting paid
- Withdraw to M-Pesa from KSh 500. Payments are usually made within two working days.
- Before your first withdrawal you verify your identity: your name as on your ID, your ID number, date of birth and KRA PIN.
- Commission is income. You are responsible for your own taxes.
5. What is not allowed
- Inviting yourself, ordering through your own links, or opening accounts in other people's names.
- Fake accounts, orders placed to be cancelled, or paying people to sign up and order.
- Spam: messages to people who did not ask for them, posting in groups against their rules.
- Paid search ads or social ads on the LiveSoko name, or pretending to be LiveSoko.
- Saying things about products, prices or deliveries that are not true.
- When you post about LiveSoko, say that you earn from your links (for example "#ad" or "I earn from this link").
If we find any of these we may cancel the earnings involved, take back what was paid for them, and close the account.
6. Ending
- You can leave at any time; what is ready is paid out once it reaches the minimum. LiveSoko can end the programme or an account with notice here, and pays what was fairly earned.
7. Your data
- We use your details to run the programme and pay you, as the Data Protection Act, 2019 allows. Partners never see the identity of the shoppers they bring — only a first name, and how their orders count.
